Terms and conditions

Booking Your Party

To book with Get Jazzy, simply fill out our online form at www.getjazzy.co.uk. Once submitted and confirmed by us, a £50 deposit secures your spot. We recommend booking well in advance for your preferred date and time.


Party Pricing

The price of your individual event will be fixed in the confirmation of the booking by us, subject to any party package changes for which extra charges may be incurred.


Payment Details

  • Deposit Payment: A non-refundable £50 deposit is due upon booking to secure your party.
  • Balance Payment: Your balance will be invoiced to you via email and is payable by bank transfer within 3 working days prior to the party.


Party Package and Changes

  • Items Included: The items selected on your booking form and confirmed by us are final and will be charged accordingly.
  • Confirmation of Attendees: You need to confirm the number of attendees on the booking form. If you later wish to include any additional attendees or wish for extras within your package you must notify us in writing at least 2 weeks in advance of your event and we will try to meet your requirements. Extra charges may apply. If we cannot meet your requirements or you do not agree to any additional charges, we may cancel the event and the deposit is forfeit.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: The £50 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule, subject to availability, within 12 months of the original date. The deposit will be transferred.
  • Cancellation by Get Jazzy: We reserve the right to cancel in case we find ourselves unable to proceed with your event. We will try to give you as much notice as we can, and we'll offer you an alternative date if we need to cancel. If we can't agree a revised date, a full deposit refund will be provided and will constitute the limit of our financial liability from any losses caused as a result.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for unforeseen events such as adverse weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from performing our services. We'll inform you of any such situations promptly.


Venue Requirements

You must ensure your venue has suitable space and shelter for the event, especially for outdoor parties. You are responsible for ensuring the venue meets current health and safety standards for such an event and Get Jazzy staff reserve the right to cancel an event at any time if at their sole discretion they feel these health and safety standards are not being met, or weather conditions make it unsafe or too unpleasant for our staff to continue with the event. In these circumstances we regret no refund will be due.


Access, Parking, and Setup

You agree to ensure we have a free parking spot at the venue for the duration of the event, including setup and shutdown. Let us know about any access restrictions or parking issues. If we arrive and parking isn't available, you agree to cover our parking costs including any fines if they are incurred and accept we may be delayed as a result.




Children's Participation and Safety

We encourage all kids to join in the fun activities. It's important that adults supervise and ensure good behavior throughout the party.


Pampering Treatments

For health and safety reasons, certain health conditions may prevent us from offering specific treatments to participants. Whilst our treatments meet normal health and safety requirements, you are solely responsible to ensure all participants can safely participate in the treatments being offered, bearing in mind allergies or other medical conditions. You must notify us in advance if any participants have any health conditions and you indemnify us if you fail to do so whether or not you were aware of the conditions. Our staff at their sole discretion may refuse treatments to any child or other participant if at the time of the event the staff consider it unsafe to do so and we regret that no refunds will be given in these circumstances.


Privacy Notice

  • Information Usage: Your data is used for booking management, communication, and optional newsletters only.
  • Consent: By agreeing to our privacy notice, you allow us to process your data for these purposes.
  • Disclosure: We do not share your details with third parties.


Photography Permission

We may take photographs at parties for marketing purposes and you confirm we may use these photographs for this purpose.

Staff Supervision and Safety

  • Whilst our staff will provide the party services agreed on, the customer is responsible for the behaviour, care and well being of all participants at the event, including children and must accompany our staff at all times.
  • You agree that physical contact between our staff and participants at the event will be necessary and in particular during treatments, but don't worry our staff will treat all children with respect and care when we provide our party services.
  • We confirm that we carry Public Liability Insurance up to £1 million.


Indemnity

You confirm you have obtained suitable permissions from other parents or those legally responsible for the participants at the event for us to provide our party services which you have booked with us pursuant to these terms and conditions and fully indemnify us if you fail to do so.



Health and Safety Policies

  • We prioritize the safety of all participants.
  • Our equipment is regularly checked and suitable for children's use.
  • A detailed venue risk assessment is conducted before each party and you must make reasonable changes if required by us for health and safety purposes. We reserve the right at any time before or during the event to refuse to provide our party services if at our sole discretion we feel the health and safety of any participants or our staff are at risk and in these circumstances we regret no refund will be given.
